Institute of Aquaculture

Third Biennial

PhD Research Conference
Wednesday 24th October 2012

Welcome to the Institute of Aquaculture PhD Research Conference 2012!

This is the third postgraduate conference in what has proved a popular and interesting opportunity for PhD students to showcase their research, its quality and impact, and to provide a meeting place where students, staff, stakeholders, and sponsors across the aquaculture and wider sector can liaise. What is more, it is completely free to attend!

We hope you will enjoy this day-long conference where you will have the opportunity to listen to a series of oral presentations on a wide range of subjects, and browse poster presentations by PhD and young researchers from around the globe.

Registration and abstract submission

Conference delegates (both visitors to the university and university staff and students) are required to pre-register FREE for the conference. This obviously helps us to plan facilities and catering for the day so a prompt response would be appreciated.

Registration will only take you a couple of minutes to complete and can be done online at this link: register here.

Stirling students who wish to present either an oral presentation or a poster presentation at the conference should submit their conference abstracts on this page. The organising committee will contact you in due course once the program for the day has been decided.
